After completion of the test phase, you get to productive operation as a partner. During productive operation, you will receive new article master data on a regular basis, and any changed or deleted article master data. We check your received sales data daily (24/7) and process it. If we detect technical errors (syntax), the EDI team will contact you at short notice to solve the issue.

Please inform us as soon as possible if the provision of the data is delayed.
