The article master data is the core information for ERP systems. It contains basic information for each article. The beeline Group provides you  at regular intervals with all necessary master data of the active articles in electronic form.

This includes per default the following information:

• A unique identifier which is our GTIN
• The selling price
• A description of the article

The article master data may contain further information on agreement.

For start, you will receive an initial file. After that we will send updates. These may contain new article information and/or update and/or deletion information.

If automatic deletion is not possible, we can provide you with deletion information to reduce article master data (not with GDSN).

Attention:

Deleted article master data can be reactivated within a short time. You may not block the already deleted article data. GTINs that have already been deleted will not be reused by the beeline Group for other articles!

Please do not delete them on your own. This can lead to scanning problems!
