The inventory data have a special function at the beeline Group: they reflect the current stock in the store and form the basis for our automated subsequent delivery of goods. They can be used to determine stock losses that were not generated by sales (deviations between target and actual stock). In order to achieve a high level of accuracy for the flow of goods, the completeness and up-to-dateness of the data is crucial.

The following information is indispensable:

• GLN or branch number of the point of sale
• Date and time of article entry
• GTIN of the inventory item
• The available number of stock items (no zero quantities).

This information is the only way to ensure that the best stocked displays are available at the various points of sale.
