How is sales data exchanged?

The sales data play a key role at beeline Group: On the one hand they provide detailed information about the goods sold, on the other hand they optimize and secure the automated flow of goods and the follow-up supply. Based on the sales data, the required subsequent delivery quantity can be calculated for each point of sale. In order to achieve a high degree of accuracy, the completeness and up-to-dateness of the data is crucial.

The following information is indispensable:

  • GTIN code of the article sold
  • Place of sale (GLN of the store)
  • Date and, if applicable, time of sale
  • Realized unit price (real sales price: retail price minus discount, including VAT) of the sold article.
  • The number of items sold at the price indicated.

Possible message formats are:

  • SLSRPT (Sales Report) (UN/EDIFACT)
  • Flatfile (csv, txt, ...)
  • 852 Product Activity Data (Ansi X.12)
