If an article is returned by an end customer, please inform us using a stating quantity. In this case the price should remain positive.

In the case that the same article is sold and returned on the same day, please state the article twice: once with the selling information (quantity +) and once with the return information (quantity -). Please do not send 0-quantity-sales.

If you are not able to state sales and returns within a single indication, cumulation is also possible, but less prefered since it could lead to zero quantities.
