Sales data, or sales reports, provide detailed information about the sold articles. The information is the basis of beeline’s automatic replenishment system, which determines the quantity of articles needed to fill up the jewellery displays. To keep this calculation as precise as possible, the information needs to be complete and up-to-date.

It is necessary to receive:

• The GTIN of the sold article
• The point of sale, e.g. the GLN of the store
• The date of sale
• The unit price of the sold article, i.e. the realized selling price: The retail price minus discounts, incl. VAT
• The quantity of the sold article at the indicated price
