An item cannot be scanned at the cash desk of a store.

In the store

The sale process could be assisted at the cash desk as follows:

  • We can provide you with scan sheets containing alternative GTINs for each price level that can be scanned in case the original GTIN is not scanning.
  • The checkout can use a Scannsheet of product group 98, there is a separate GTIN for each price.
  • You can use your own dummy code allocated to beeline as a supplier which will then be transferred to a beeline own GTIN in our system.

And of course the store should also report the article to your head office.

If a store reports missing data, first check whether the Store’s  till needs to be updated.

Check if the data has been received and processed correctly. 

In case article master data is missing, please sent a request to us. We will check the background and make sure that the process is improved.
