The article master data is the core information for actual ERP systems. It contains basic information for each article. Without this information, no ERP system would be able to work. The beeline Group provides you as a cooperation partner at regular intervals with all necessary master data of the articles currently in the program in electronic form.

This includes per default the following information:

• A unique identifier which is our GTIN
• The selling price
• A description of the article
• The internal article number at the beeline Group

The article master data may contain further information, for example the product group the article is allocated to.You may get the beeline article master data in EDIFACT format or a flat file. On the following pages, you may find an overview of these two formats.

For start, you will receive an initial file. After that we will send updates. These may contain new article information and/or update and/or deletion information.

But please keep in mind: Deleted articles can be reactivated after a very short time.
