SUBMISSION/PROCESSING INTERVAL
At the beginning, an initial data delivery takes place, which may contain up to 15,000 article master data records per brand. However, restrictions are possible and depend, among other things, on your integration time. You are welcome to discuss the details directly with us. Subsequently, the price catalogue will be updated regularly and should be technically supported by you.
Full supply (high quantity):
The full supply is used if you need a long lead time for the integration but there is no quantity restriction within your system. You may receive article master data for articles that are not delivered to you. The actual article selection takes place at the time of delivery. Delivery takes place weekly. The data is usually made available to you 2 weeks up to 6 months in advance. The period can be quite longer.
In order to ensure a smooth process, the integration and distribution of data to the cash registers must take place within a maximum of two weeks.
Assortment-based supply (average quantity):
If you have a long lead time but a quantity restriction, we can send you the data of all articles of the assortments planned for you. It is possible, however, that you may receive article master data for articles that are not delivered to you. The actual article selection takes place at the time of delivery.
Transfer of data is weekly. The data is usually made available to you 2 weeks up to 6 months in advance. The period can be quite longer.
In order to ensure a smooth process, the integration and distribution of data to the cash registers must take place within a maximum of two weeks.
Delivery note-based supply (small quantity):
We will automatically transfer with article master data if these articles are intended for delivery to you. This option can only be selected if you can ensure that you can receive data daily and supply it daily (within 24 hours) up to your cash desks.
